Parking Pro ("Parking Pro," "we," "us") is operated by Glowin Media Limited. This policy explains what information the Parking Pro app collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, or browsing history, and we do not use the app to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Drivers who receive money (people leaving a spot and lot owners) set up a Stripe Connect account, and Stripe collects the identity and bank details it needs to pay them out, under Stripe's own privacy policy. Parking Pro keeps a 25% platform fee on each completed transaction.
During an active hand-off, your live location and car description are shared with the one driver you are matched with, and theirs with you. Live location is deleted automatically when the hand-off ends or is cancelled. We do not track your location when the app is closed.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Live location is deleted when a hand-off ends. Account, car, and rating information is kept while your account is active. Transaction records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal reasons. When you delete your account (in the app: profile icon > Delete account), we permanently delete your profile, car details, listings, bookings, and history from our systems. Stripe keeps its own payment and payout records as required by financial regulations, under Stripe's privacy policy.
We use encryption in transit and access controls so that you can only see your own profile and the profile of someone you are matched with. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your sign-in. Parking Pro connects people in person; meet in public places, and use the private lot features at your own risk as described in our Terms.
Parking Pro is for people 18 and older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Parking Pro is available in many countries. Your information is processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
If we make important changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
